Sunward Roller-bit Hole Drill Rig Sets New Monthly Drilling Record of 42,888 Meters

Recently, Andre, General Manager of a mining site, visited Sunward for an inspection and exchange meeting. During the meeting, Shu Minfei, General Manager ofSunward Mining Department, awarded a certificate for the monthly drilling record of 42,888 meters to Andre and the drill operators.

The operators shared that Sunward's equipment efficiency surpasses European and American brands, enabling them to achieve this new record. They expressed gratitude and provided valuable suggestions for equipment improvement.

Sunward’s SWDRT250 roller-bit hole drill Rig set this new record in May, surpassing its previous record of 31,518 meters. The SWDRT250 offers a drilling diameter of 200-250mm and a depth of up to 48,000mm, featuring high axial pressure, high torque, high rotation speed, and large diameter. It uses dual-pressure or low-pressure air compressors for efficiency and environmental protection and has an electro-hydraulic control system for automatic parameter adjustment. Its three-point floating leveling chassis and high-strength truss drill frame ensure reliability, and it supports both roller cone and down-the-hole hammer drilling modes.

The SWDRT250 demonstrates reliability and adaptability in challenging conditions, ensuring stable operation and project progress. This achievement highlights Sunward's product quality and technological innovation, solidifying its leading position in the drilling equipment industry.
