The International Sales Company successfully launched its 2025 Spring Training (Session 1) under the theme "Practical Training," attracting active participation from over 70 overseas colleagues.

February 6–7, 2025
Following the Lunar New Year holiday, as more overseas colleagues returned to headquarters, the company organized a second session focused on "Problem Communication and Resolution" to ensure comprehensive training coverage, which concluded with great success.


Strong Support from Leadership: Leaders Attend to Boost Training
The training received significant attention from the company’s leadership. Mr. Xia Zhihong, General Manager of the company; Mr. Xiao Zhihai, General Manager of the International Sales Company; and the international sales management team attended the training in person. Their presence not only demonstrated strong support for employee development but also highlighted the company’s care and encouragement for overseas staff.

Opening Remarks by General Manager Xia Zhihong: Emphasizing Safety, Teamwork, and Market Insight
