Sunward Kicks Off 2024 Global Service Journey

On the morning of August 7th, Sunward held the launch ceremony for the 2024 Global Service Journey. The event was graced by the presence of Chairman He Qinghua, General Manager Xia Zhihong, Party Secretary Chen Sheng, Vice Presidents Zhu Jianxin and Long Jucai, and senior executive Li Changjian.

From its inception, Sunward has committed to the mission and vision of becoming a global value creator in the equipment manufacturing sector, consistently adhering to the principle of "creating value for customers." The Global Service Journey serves as a crucial link to our clients, dedicated to ensuring that customers worldwide truly benefit from our services.


In his speech, General Manager Xia Zhihong highlighted that Sunward's 25 years of growth and achievements demonstrate that what moves customers is not only our high-quality products but also our unwavering dedication to quality service. He emphasized the importance of the service team listening attentively to customers, strengthening the collection and analysis of data and feedback, and establishing robust communication channels with customers. This approach aims to provide solid support for product improvement and service enhancement.


During the event, Chairman He Qinghua unveiled the newly released service emblem, symbolizing Sunward's commitment to delivering high-quality products and five-star service.


At the departure ceremony, Party Secretary Chen Sheng presented the service team with the service flag. Each service department received the flag and solemnly pledged to uphold the quality philosophy of "quality first, excellence always," adhere to the principle of "creating value for customers," respond quickly, arrive promptly, and ensure efficient support. Their actions and efforts embody the spirit of "Quality Sunward, Service with Heart."


With the rallying call echoing through the air, Sunward's service elites set off with determination. They are now embarking on their journey to reach the frontlines of product usage, fulfilling their promise to customers through dedicated service and striving to realize customer value with craftsmanship. The long journey of the Global Service Journey has begun.
